We want to recognize our head chef, Andy Ibarra, who recently participated in the “Premiere Inc”, cooking challenge and received 1st place!
The competition was fierce with competitor chefs from all over the area and the health care industry. Andy’s prize-winning dish consisted of an appetizer made with cucumber, whipped cream, and avocado. The main dish was a shrimp taco, followed up with a chocolate pudding dessert. Andy has served the Hearthstone community for 21 years and continues to be an outstanding leader for his culinary team. We are honored to have Andy on our team and he is a great example of what makes us “Heritage Strong.” Congratulations, Andy, on your impressive win!
